What you subscribe to
Two plans and a custom contract. Everything on top is metered.
The fee buys the modules; the credits are what it prepays. Starter runs a site or an internal tool on hosting, Postgres and the CDN. Scale adds auth, search, conversational AI, email and high-availability Postgres — and raises the included usage from CHF 35 to CHF 150. Credits belong to the month they are in and do not carry over.

What actually moves your bill
Three lines change between a quiet month and a busy one. Each of them is something you can do something about, which is the only reason to publish the rates rather than a plan price.
Compute
Resource Units, while they run
One RU is 0.25 vCPU + 512 MiB RAM, billed by the hour on containers that are actually running. A stopped container consumes nothing.
The lever: scale development and staging environments to zero, and add replicas rather than power — each replica is billed proportionally, so the base cost doesn't grow with the peak.
Egress
Two legs, both metered
What the CDN delivers to the visitor is priced by the visitor's zone; what your origin sends to the CDN is priced by the zone the origin sits in. From CHF 0.02 per GB in Europe and North America to CHF 0.08 in Africa and the Middle East.
The lever: a cache hit removes the origin leg, not the delivery. Caching lowers this line rather than zeroing it — and where the origin sits decides what the second leg costs.
Conversational AI
The fastest-moving line
AI is billed per message, and it is the one line that can outgrow the infrastructure under it: 1000 Flash messages is CHF 40, 1000 JAMai EU messages is CHF 150.
The lever: choose the model per use case rather than per product. A support assistant and a catalogue assistant rarely need the same one.

One Resource Unit is 0.25 vCPU + 512 MiB RAM. You only pay for the hours a container is actually active — no traffic and no active containers means no consumption.

Which of the two plans is cheaper for me?
CHF 109 of monthly usage is where they cost the same. Below that Starter is the cheaper of the two, and Scale is a decision about which modules you need rather than about money; above it Scale is the cheaper one as well.
What happens if I go over the credits included in my plan?
Nothing stops. The extra consumption is billed on actuals at the end of the month, at the rates on this page — no overage multiplier and no forced upgrade — and you get a notification as you approach the limit.
Are these prices VAT included?
No — every figure on this page is net of VAT. Depending on where you are invoiced, VAT is added to the invoice or the invoice goes out under reverse charge.
Is there anything free?
Not on this price list, but off it there is: we run free plans and coupons for open-source projects and for independent developers building something small. Ask, and tell us what it is.
How do I work out my own Resource Units?
In our experience one Nuxt app is about two shared RU, a Postgres alongside it one or two dedicated ones, and each background worker one. That is an estimate from the projects we run, not a formula — if you'd rather not guess, send us the invoice you pay today and we will count them for you.
What's the difference between Postgres on Starter and on Scale?
On Starter you get a managed Postgres instance, billed as RU consumption. On Scale the database runs in high availability, with read replicas, automatic failover and point-in-time backups.
What are Shared and Dedicated Resource Units?
Shared resources are allocated from a pool spread across tenants: they adapt to the load and suit most projects. Dedicated resources are reserved for your project and stay reserved, whatever else is running on the node — at CHF 0.015 per RU-hour instead of CHF 0.01.
Can I use only some of the services?
Yes — you switch on the modules a project needs and ignore the rest, and nothing is forced on. What the plan decides is which modules are available to switch on: Starter covers hosting, Postgres, DNS and the CDN, Scale adds auth, search, AI and email.
