What happened to MooCloud?

MooCloud began as a solo endeavor and evolved into a robust platform offering numerous features and integrations. As technology advanced, we recognized the need to transition to a more modern and flexible architecture. To ensure a seamless experience, we offered all our existing customers the option to migrate to JAMflow by rebuilding their websites with cutting-edge technology, or to continue their services with a new, trusted provider who has taken over our Cloudron-based operations.

We will no longer provide Cloudron-compatible hosting, and all our technology is now available to partners who will continue to provide your services. The change, announced in early May, will take effect on July 1st, 2025.

Why do I see MooCloud on my invoice?

To clarify, MooCloud did not sell its entire company. Instead, we divested the department and technology behind MooCloud's hosting platform, which was built on Cloudron technology and meticulously developed and maintained by us for many years. MooCloud continues to operate as the parent company, now exclusively focusing on JAMflow products and services.

Our strategic decision was to sharpen our focus on our core strengths. As one of the first official Cloudron partners, we pioneered innovations like premium antispam and DDoS protection, alongside providing excellent hardware. Now with JAMflow, our dedication shifts entirely to JAMstack and modern web development, emphasizing unparalleled performance, robust security, and superior scalability.

Who should I contact for support?

Your contract may have been transferred to a different provider depending on your geographical region. You should have already received a detailed email outlining your new provider's information. If you prefer not to migrate, you always have the option to purchase a server and Cloudron license directly from the Cloudron team and your preferred VPS provider. If you are a JAMflow customer, please do not hesitate to contact the JAMflow team for any support needs—we are here and happy to assist you!
